Are NUVS gloves reusable?
Absolutely! This is just one of the many great features of NUVS gloves - they are washable and reusable. NUVS are made from high-quality materials and will last a long time or until you’re ready for your next pair!
How do I care for my gloves?
One of the unique features of your NUVS gloves is that you can wash them in the washer and dryer on standard settings. They will not shrink. This is the most convenient and best way to clean them. Any residual lotion, oils, etc., will wash out nearly completely and be ready for your next use. The longer you wear them, and the more you wash them, the softer they become.
How do I use NUVS gloves to maximize its benefits?
Grab your favorite lotion, cream, ointment, oil, etc., and generously apply it to your hands. NUVS works best when you use a lot of lotion and don’t fully rub it in. Put on your gloves and let them go to work – keeping lotion in its place – on your hands. If you desire, pop out your fingers and continue with your life.
Dry, cracked hands can be irritating and painful, and dry skin can also contribute to aging. NUVS gloves help hands stay moisturized and well-hydrated. With regular use, hands are soft and smooth all year long.
What can I do while wearing NUVS gloves?
While you moisturize, you can pamper yourself productively! Pop out your fingers and go about your day. Use your phone, text a friend, or do some work using your computer keyboard. Additionally, you can sleep, cook, garden, shop, lounge, and do almost anything in your NUVS Gloves.
Will you be making socks for dry feet or other NUVS products in the future?
Yes! We are currently in production for NUVS Socks for women! Future products we are exploring include gloves and socks for men and kids. Stay tuned!
Orders
I placed an order; when will I receive it?
Online orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped the following business day. Once processed, the standard shipping time normally takes 3-5 business days. Shipments are sent using either UPS or the USPO.
How do I make a return or exchange?
We want you to love your NUVS. However, we will return or exchange an item that meets the following conditions:
- Eligible returns must be received within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Unopened, sealed items may be returned for a full refund or exchange.
- We cannot accept a return (even within 14 days) if the product shows excessive wear or is damaged by misuse, alterations, or improper care.
- The acceptance of a return is determined on a case-by-case basis, and items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To modify or cancel an order, please complete the form in the Contact Us section of the website. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to residents in the United States and Canada.
